The Grumps Hollow staff team is made up of community members who volunteer their time to keep the server welcoming and running smoothly. If you’re active, friendly, and want to help others, you can apply for the Trial Helper role when applications are open.

📬 How to apply

Staff applications are not always open. To check if they are currently open, visit the Grumps Hollow Discord
and look in the #news channel. When applications are open, instructions will be posted there.

🤝 What helpers do

As a helper, your responsibilities include:
  • Answering player questions in Discord and in-game
  • Assisting staff with general support

Trial Period

If accepted, you will begin with a 2-week trial period before becoming a full staff member.

📋 Requirements

To apply, you must meet the following:
  • Play on Java Edition (PC)
  • Be active in the community (in-game and Discord)
  • Have no recent bans or serious punishment history

🌟 What staff look for

Meeting the requirements allows you to apply — but what really matters is how you act within the community. Staff look for players who:
  • Are already helping others
  • Stay positive and respectful
  • Are active and engaged
  • Show maturity and good judgment
The best way to get accepted is to already act like a helper. (No Mini-Modding though, please)
