The main way to contact staff is through the Grumps Hollow Discord There are two ways to get help depending on your situation.
All staff are volunteers. Please be patient — responses may take a little time.

💬 Ways to contact staff

#questions

Use this for general questions that don’t require staff action.
Example: “How do I claim land?” or “How do warps work?”

#tickets

Use this to open a support ticket when staff need to step in.
Example: griefing, missing purchases, or reports.

🧾 When to open a ticket

Open a ticket when your situation requires staff action:
  • Your base or claim was griefed
  • You didn’t receive a store purchase
  • You want to appeal a ban
  • You need help with a shop or application
  • You want to report a player
  • You need a manual rank upgrade applied
Provide as much detail as possible — this helps staff resolve your issue faster.

If no staff are online, open a ticket on the Grumps Hollow Discord
If staff are online, ask them in-game.
Apply through Discord by opening a ticket.

Builds, items, and progress reset with the world.
Wait about 5 minutes.
