The main way to contact staff is through the [Grumps Hollow Discord](https://discord.gg/grumpshollow)

There are two ways to get help depending on your situation.

## 💬 Ways to contact staff

## 🧾 When to open a ticket

Open a ticket when your situation requires staff action:

* Your base or claim was griefed
* You didn’t receive a store purchase
* You want to appeal a ban
* You need help with a shop or application
* You want to report a player
* You need a manual rank upgrade applied

Provide as much detail as possible — this helps staff resolve your issue faster.

    Your **ranks, echos, and perks** carry over.\
    Builds, items, and progress reset with the world.

    Wait about 5 minutes.\
    If it still hasn’t arrived, open a ticket on the [Grumps Hollow Discord](https://discord.gg/grumpshollow)

    Yes, the server does occasionally reset. Ranks, Echos currency, Perks will transfer over to each season but items like builds, custom books, spawners, items, armor, etc will not transfer over.
